Aug. 9, 99 and also has a round paper label advertising Badges, Banners and Buttons by the Whitehead & Hoag Co., that is about 90% complete. The Red white and blue ribbon with gold lettering: "36th Annual State Convention, Jr. O.U.A.M., of New York, Incorporated. - Sept. 7, 1908, Niagara Falls, N.Y." is in good condition with a short split between the words annual and state.
The lower is a 1 3/4" brass mounted, double sided, celluloid medallion, in red, white, blue, green and black; it is the same both obverse and reverse and both are in excellent condition. It has: "Junior Order United American Mechanics" at the top and the maker's mark: "The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark, NJ." at the bottom.
